Cancellation Policy

Below is our full cancellation policy terms.

GENERAL

West Leith Farm is committed to providing exceptional service for our customers. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from attending. No shows and late cancellation have an impact on the quality of service and punishes customers who may turn up earlier. For these reasons, West Leith Farm has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

CANCELLATION REQUEST

Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone, email, online or in person.The cancellation request should include your name, booking details, and the reason for cancellation.Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. If you have any questions and concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact us on 07855 464955.

If you notify us with 48 hours’ notice, we are happy to reschedule to a more convenient time and date. If you fail to notify us of your absence 24 hours prior to your activity, we will not be offering a cancellation request and therefore no refund will be issued.

CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER

Please note the weather can be very unpredictable and changes day to day. Although we do always try to get you on your adventures, yours and our animals’ safety are always our first priority.

Even though we can’t control the weather, we do understand that this can be disappointing. If we need to cancel, we will either offer to rearrange your date to another one in the next 12 month, or provide you with a gift voucher.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds will be provided based on the timing of the cancellation and the following criteria:

Cancellation made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled experience: Full refund minus any non-refundable fees (if applicable).

Cancellation made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience: No refund.

RESCHEDULING

If you wish to reschedule your online alpaca experience, you may do so based on availability and at the discretion of the website.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original scheduled experience.

PAYMENT REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. It may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected into your account, depending on the payment provider.
